She's still Hardcore!

"She's so cute when she's all pouty like that"

Want to know what took me so long with this one? I don't know if I ever established this, but what I tend to do is draw the head first, then the body, then add several different layers for things like clothing, arms, legs, eyes, mouth and of course the diaper itself. In doing this, I get to see several different poses and expressions, including that of the other two Powerpuff Girls, and as time goes on I get to add more and more frames and layers to tweek it even more until I get a picture that I like best, which lead me to this one.

That also said, this was at first going to be a continuation of my "Bubbles Baby Play" series, but as I tweek it more and more I get more ideas, and the idea to add one of Bubbles' best speeches and use that as the focus, and it works wonders!
